Ridge Road Running Regimen

THe ridge road run

was in 2018 started by a group of local high school students that wanted to raise money for mental health organizations in Monmouth County, NJ. In its second year, the Ridge Road Run hopes to beat last years fundraising of well $118,000, and BDT Endurance is looking to help!

By signing up with the race, and making an additional $20 donation to the race efforts, BDT will supply you with an 8-week training program, access to exclusive content, as well as weekly training workouts at Red Bank Regional High School with me, Coach Brendan. My hope is to help as many people as possible cross the finish line in their best time ever on May 19th, but only after raising more money to go to these worthy causes and help those in need.
