The life of a public servant is particularly difficult, and often times our police, fire fighters, EMT's, military personnel and other first responders are too busy taking care of others to take care of themselves.
There are a lot of different fitness modalities out there, and each has their value for different people. At BDT, we want to offer affordable, and low stress fitness routines for our public servants to help keep you all happy and healthy on the job!
